There will be two workshop tracks, and attendees will have the opportunity to attend three of the nine workshops offered this year.

Workshop Track 1 – Align Your Career with Your Values
This track is designed to meet you wherever you are in your career, whether starting out, navigating mid-level growth, or stepping into leadership. Workshops include:

1. Excelling Early with Shaykh Mehdi Hazari – For early-career professionals, learn to roadmap your ambitions, practice self-advocacy, handle setbacks, and set intentional goals.

2. Excelling with Direction with Seyed Hadi Yassin – For mid-level professionals, refine your goals, navigate career pivots, and align your career with personal life and faith commitments.

3. Excelling Through Leadership with Sheikh Faiyaz Jaffer – For experienced professionals and aspiring leaders, develop your leadership philosophy, mentor others, and build collaborative, trust-based team cultures.

Workshop Track 2 – Pathways to Purpose
This track equips you with practical tools and strategies to grow professionally and ethically through interactive workshops led by accomplished Shia professionals across fields like law, tech, finance, healthcare, and leadership. Sessions include:

1. The Art of Conversation (in collaboration with the Founding Board of After Maghrib)

2. Wealth is More than Numbers with Kumail Raza & Seyed Hadi Qazwini

3. From Passion to Purpose with Zahraa Berro

4. Vision to Venture with Parsa Torabian

5. Success in Today’s Workplace with Tazeen Hussain

Conference attendees will meet representatives from around 20 organizations and corporations. Participating entities will be offering job, internship & volunteer opportunities.

Perhaps more exciting to know, attendees will meet 250 fellow dedicated Shia youth from all across North America.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with experienced professionals through one-on-one mentorship sessions and speed networking. This program is designed to provide guidance, practical advice, and meaningful connections that support your personal and professional growth, helping you navigate challenges, explore opportunities, and make informed decisions on your career path.
