Every two years, SPACE brings the community together for a large-scale conference that gathers attendees from across North America in one place. These conferences provide a unique opportunity to learn from diverse professionals, participate in workshops and panels, explore career opportunities, and build meaningful connections with people from many different cities and fields.
While our local events nurture relationships and engagement throughout the year, the conference serves as a central gathering where the broader SPACE community comes together to share ideas, strengthen networks, and reconnect in person — all grounded in the teachings and values of the Ahlulbayt.
2025 SPACE Conference - New York City - November 7th-8th
SPACE 2025 in New York City brought together 250+ young professionals for a transformative weekend centered on “Excelling with Purpose.” The conference featured 10+ workshops and sessions, including a live After Maghrib podcast with Hajj Jalal, an inspiring panel with leading NYC Shia professionals, and scholar-led workshops with Sheikh Faiyaz Jaffer, Seyed Hadi Yassin, and Sheikh Mehdi Hazari. Attendees also connected through one-on-one mentorship and speed networking, explored opportunities at multiple networking booths, and strengthened their career readiness through resume reviews, mock interviews, and professional LinkedIn headshots. Over two days, participants gained practical tools, meaningful connections, and a renewed vision for pursuing success with purpose.
